About The Company
The company is building the next generation of legal services. They’re an AI-native law firm, built from day one around AI and data. Legal is a trillion-dollar global industry that still operates as if software never happened. Lawyers spend too much time on low-leverage work and too little on judgment, reasoning, and outcomes. AI is now rapidly realigning what’s possible. They believe AI doesn’t replace legal judgment - it replaces the operating model around it. Firms that rebuild around this shift will define the next era of legal services; others will struggle to justify their costs as AI reshapes client expectations. They started in April 2025 and raised a $2M pre-seed followed by a $7M seed led by a tier-1 US VC. Their product is used daily by their own lawyers on real cases, creating a tight feedback loop between product and practice. With early customers and a world-class engineering team taking shape, it’s still day one - come build with them.
About The Role
Build user-facing product for AI-native law firm, creating interfaces for legal work, ensuring trust and usability. Requires frontend engineering skills, system awareness, and UX focus.
What You’ll Build
- Agent interaction surfaces: Design and build the interfaces through which lawyers interact with agents: chat, action suggestions, citations, and clear visibility into what an agent did, is doing, or plans to do. This includes reviewable and actionable outputs such as extracted clauses, summaries, research results, and intermediate work.
- Document workflows: Build user interfaces for document review and editing in DOCX, including diffs, apply or reject flows, comments, and collaboration. These workflows must reflect legal reality, support multiple collaborators, and meet high expectations for correctness.
- Workflow UX: Create dashboards, matter views, timelines, and task states that help lawyers navigate complex cases without friction, keeping context clear as work evolves over time.
- Frontend foundations: Develop scalable UI patterns, state management, and abstractions in Next.js and TypeScript that allow new workflows and agent capabilities to be shipped quickly without rewrites.
