- We're hiring our next
- Founder Associate
— a high-agency generalist who sits next to the founders and turns ideas into things that actually ship.
You'll touch operations and finance, content and social, events and reports, and our partner community.
Some weeks you'll be cleaning up a payments process; others you'll be running a launch or pulling a partner relationship to its full potential.
This is a role for builders and doers
No recruitment experience required — we care far more that you've started things, shipped things, and have a track record of making stuff happen.
If you've run a startup function, organized student events, built a community, or grown a blog or content channel, we want to talk.
- What you'll own
- Operations & Finance
- Run the payments process for our talent partners and talent scouts — accurate, on time, and smooth.
- Support financial reporting — help pull together the regular reports the founders rely on.
- Monitor KPIs — track the metrics that matter, flag what's moving, and surface the story behind the numbers.
- Content & Social (Special Projects)
- Create content and get it out the door across our social channels.
- Mobilise the team to amplify it — get people around it, posting and promoting.
- Run experiments — this lives under special projects, so we want lots of tests, fast learning, and a bias to try things.
- Events, Reports & Initiatives
- Organise events and the various initiatives and reports we run.
- Operationalise it — build the repeatable playbook so it's not heroics every time.
- Maximise the effect — it's not enough to do it; we want to squeeze the most value out of everything we run.
- Community & Partnerships
- Improve collaboration with our community partners — we work with a number of them and want to make the most of every relationship.
- Own the metrics — be the key owner of how we measure partner success.
- Pull the team around it — rally people internally so partnerships get the focus they deserve.
- Who we're looking for
- Worked at a startup and worn several hats at once;
- Organised student events or societies;
- Run a community, blog, newsletter, or content channel of your own;
- Built or shipped something — a side project, a campaign, a small business — and have the receipts.
You're comfortable across operations, finance basics, content, events and partnerships, with a standout spike in one of them. You're organised, numerate, and you'd rather ship a rough first version than wait for perfect.
No recruitment experience required.
