Our client is seeking a Director of Technology to lead the transformation of their IT infrastructure and data management systems. This role is pivotal in revolutionizing the organization's use of technology to enhance efficiency, increase revenue, and expand their support base.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's technology, digital, AI, and data strategy.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Strengthen organizational capability in technology and data use through training and system adoption.
- Advise the Senior Leadership Team on technology opportunities and risks.
- Manage the transition from outsourced to in-house technology support.
- Ensure GDPR and SIRO compliance through technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and meet technology and data needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven technical expertise and experience at a senior level in technology and data management.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure and business‑driven data management.
- Experience leading major systems migrations or platform consolidations.
- Practical experience with AI productivity tools and cloud technologies.
