Our client has scaled rapidly from a strong regional foundation into a pan-European platform serving complex enterprise and public-sector organisations. The UK is its most important growth market, and this role sits at the front of it, opening conversations with the organisations that manage some of the largest real estate portfolios in the region. You will not inherit an inbound queue or spend your days chasing low-value volume. This role owns outbound creation into a defined set of named strategic accounts across UK public and private sectors, engaging senior decision-makers in real estate, facility management, operations and IT, and building enterprise pipeline that Account Executives can convert. The standard is quality, not activity. You will be judged on the pipeline you create and the accounts you open, not the calls you log. In return you get genuine ownership of a strategically important market and a defined route into enterprise selling.
What You Will Own
- Outbound pipeline creation into a defined set of named strategic accounts across the UK.
- Qualified opportunities created and accepted by the UK Account Executive team.
- Reaching senior decision-makers in real estate, FM, operations and IT with a business argument.
- Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn and events.
- A working picture of each account: portfolio, operating model, systems and triggers for change.
- The buying group map and a view on which stakeholder actually owns the problem.
Commercial Qualification
- Qualification to a MEDDICC standard: pain, impact and decision process, before handover.
- Account Executives are well briefed, with only genuinely qualified meetings added to their calendars.
Market Feedback
- Regional insight back into Sales, Marketing and Product, and messaging you have tested.
What Excellent Performance Looks Like
- Qualified opportunities created and accepted by the UK sales team.
- Enterprise pipeline value generated from your own outbound activity.
- Conversion from first meeting to qualified opportunity.
- Penetration and stakeholder coverage within named accounts.
- Contribution to messaging and market learning that lifts the wider team.
- Quality of account research, handover notes and CRM data.
What We're Looking For
- A track record of outperforming: attainment, ranking or pipeline you can evidence.
- Business-fluent English; additional languages preferable.
- Credible with senior stakeholders, well beyond a scripted conversation.
- Commercially curious - you research before you pick up the phone.
- Disciplined and resilient, with the consistency to keep executing when results take time to come through.
- Ambitious to move into enterprise selling, and coachable enough to get there.
What You Get
- Ownership of a strategically important market, with real accountability.
- Close support from Account Executives, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Enablement.
- Structured coaching and call review from day one.
- A written progression framework into an Account Executive role.
Your First 12 Months
- First 90 days: learn the market, product and ICP; build your account plan.
- By six months: creating accepted opportunities in priority accounts.
- By 12 months: sustained pipeline creation and readiness for more scope.
