About the Role
Our client is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their sales efforts in the European defence sector. This pivotal role involves both closing deals and establishing scalable sales processes. You’ll work closely with the founders to shape the sales strategy and drive market expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for European defence and public sector buyers.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, including target account identification and prioritization.
- Lead market expansion efforts across European NATO members, with a focus on procurement processes.
- Collaborate with founders to influence product prioritization, pricing, and positioning.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of B2B software sales experience, with at least 2 years in defence, security, or public sector.
- Experience selling software or SaaS to government or military buyers across multiple countries.
- Ability to navigate formal procurement and informal influence networks.
- Proficiency in English and at least one of French, German, or Polish.
- Strong network outside of France, with a focus on European reach.
Compensation & Benefits
- €80–150K OTE, plus generous equity.
- Relocation support available.
- Frequent travel across Europe required.
