About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join TechTree as a Recruiter, supporting candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment operations across fast-growing startups and scaleups. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and a network of hundreds of talent partners, learning modern techniques, and contribute to international hiring projects that have real impact.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, and cultural alignment
- Manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
- Support recruiters on live hiring projects
- Learn end-to-end recruitment best practices with mentorship and training
About you:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing and communication skills, especially on LinkedIn
- Good written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
