About The Role
We are seeking a Design Engineer to join a pioneering team that is redefining how businesses make strategic decisions through AI-driven financial modeling. This role involves crafting a seamless user experience for financial professionals, ensuring every interaction with the product is precise and professional.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the UX for features, designing with empathy for time-poor users.
- Push the product towards high polish and consistency.
- Depending on your focus, either implement designs in the codebase or manage marketing surfaces like websites and onboarding materials.
- Establish and extend the design system in collaboration with the team.
- Work closely with engineering to maintain high standards and quick feedback loops.
- Engage with users to inform future product developments.
What We're Looking For
- Great aesthetic taste and fluency with coding agents like Cursor and Claude Code.
- Comfort with TypeScript and React.
- Ability to either implement designs directly or manage client-facing materials.
- Strong design fundamentals with a focus on either code or client interactions.
