Account Executive (UK) — Own new business for a European commercial real estate platform. London.
Our client is a European platform for managing commercial real estate operations — warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site portfolios — supporting over 250 million m² of real estate across 35+ countries.
They're hiring an Account Executive to own new business development for the UK region: build your own pipeline, run enterprise deals end to end, and land expansion-ready customer wins.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a new business quota with a defined territory plan
- Qualify opportunities with MEDDICC and build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships
- Negotiate deals worth £25k–£100k+ with multi-country expansion potential
- Maintain strong forecast accuracy and CRM discipline
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B software or complex tech sales with new business quota ownership
- Fluent English (business level, hard requirement)
- MEDDICC or equivalent structured sales methodology experience
