We're a European platform for managing commercial real estate operations - warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site portfolios. Our unified platform supports over 250 million m² of real estate across 35+ countries and 100,000+ buildings, with major clients including leading global logistics and retail real estate owners. We're backed by growth equity investment and have expanded through strategic acquisitions.
The role involves owning new business development for the UK region. This is an enterprise deal-making role, not a transactional sales job - you'll own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and manage deals from first contact through close.
What you'll do:
- Pipeline & territory management
- Build and manage a new business quota with a territory plan
- Generate pipeline through business development, marketing partnerships, and self-directed prospecting
- Deal execution
- Qualify opportunities using MEDDICC methodology with quantified business cases
- Develop multi-threaded stakeholder relationships across operations, real estate, procurement, IT, and finance
- Negotiate deals that emphasize value creation over price concessions
- Target typical deal values of £25k-£100k, with multi-country expansion potential
- Customer success handoff
- Structure initial wins for expansion across sites and countries
- Forecasting & governance
- Maintain accurate forecasts with strong stage integrity and documented next steps
- Surface risks early and contribute competitive intelligence to team playbooks
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in B2B software or complex technology sales with new business quota responsibility
- A demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas, with specific deal examples you can walk us through
- Fluent English at business level (hard requirement)
- Proficiency with MEDDICC or an equivalent structured sales methodology
- Strong forecasting and CRM discipline
- Commercial negotiation and multi-stakeholder alignment skills
- Bonus: CAFM, IWMS, FM, PropTech, or multi-site operations experience
What we offer:
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure and performance accelerators
- Business development support, pre-sales resources, and marketing enablement
- Structured onboarding with methodology training and deal coaching
- Career progression paths into global accounts or sales leadership
