The Role:

As Asset Manager, you will oversee the effective management of the portfolio, building strong relationships with tenants, commercial estate agents, solicitors and other professional advisers. • Contributing to acquisition and disposal strategies, supporting the ongoing optimisation and balance of the portfolio.
  • Ensuring properties are managed efficiently, professionally and in line with the investor's objectives.

About You:

You will be a commercially minded property professional with solid experience in commercial property management and a proactive, hands‑on approach. You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial property management and lease negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
  • The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • A practical, solutions‑focused approach to property maintenance and service delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • A commercial mindset, with an understanding of asset performance and portfolio strategy.

The Opportunity:

This is a chance to join a close‑knit, forward‑thinking team where your contribution will have direct impact on the successful management and strategic direction of significant private property portfolio.
