TECHTRACE Partners are supporting a fast-growing, PE-backed cyber security business operating across the UK. This is an opportunity to join a business driven by strong values and a clear mission to make a tangible difference in the cyber security landscape.
As Sales Operations Officer, you will be an essential part of the Central Operations team. You'll manage and continuously improve the HubSpot CRM, provide critical support to the sales team, and ensure sales operations run efficiently.
- HubSpot CRM & Sales Technology
- Own and optimise the HubSpot CRM platform as primary administrator and subject matter expert
- Design and maintain automated workflows that streamline sales processes
- Develop dashboards and reports providing real-time visibility into sales performance
- Ensure data integrity and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Sales Support & Documentation
- Support the sales team with preparation of documentation, bids, and proposals
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflow creation, reporting, and administration
- Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
