Note: UK security clearance is required. Applicants must have resided in the UK for at least 5 years.

Summary: We are exclusively partnering with a leading UK cyber security consultancy to expand their Offensive Security team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CHECK Team Member (CTM) to contribute to high-impact penetration testing projects and develop their expertise in offensive security. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality security assessments (infrastructure or application) aligned with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Produce detailed, actionable reports with clear recommendations.
  • Provide expert technical insight and cyber security advice to internal teams and clients.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to foster growth and collaboration.
  • Manage assessment projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout assessment engagements.

Requirements:

  • Valid CTM certification is essential. This can be either a Cyber Scheme CSTM or a CREST CRT in Infrastructure or Application.
  • Minimum 12 months of focused CHECK penetration testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security methodologies, tools, and concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance (minimum 5 years of UK residency).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications (CREST, Cyber Scheme, OSCP, RTO, Security+, Cyber Essentials).
  • Full UK driving license (for occasional client travel).
