Based at our Production Facility at Rotherwas, due to the continuing growth of the manufacturing department, an opportunity has arisen for a CLEANER, to work in close association with the TECHTEST LEAD CLEANER and TECHTEST PRODUCTION MANAGER to ensure the Techtest Production facility and associated departments are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Requisite capabilities

Although relevant experience would prove advantageous, it is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Strict adherence to the cleaning rota.
• General facility cleaning (incl. manufacturing and office spaces, toilet and canteen facilities) – vacuuming, mopping and light dusting of surfaces and equipment.
• The conduct of weekly E.S.D checks within the Techtest Production facility in accordance with the relevant Workshop P

Other duties include but are not limited to

• Adherence to strict Workshop Practice standards.
• Safety Datasheets compliance.
• To order and replenish all cleaning supplies and canteen refreshments.

Employment Details

• Full‑time position.
• Immediate start.
• Hours are based on a 40‑hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
• Free internal training provided as required.
• Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up‑skill.
• Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
