Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and assume overall responsibility for Transformation Programmes, ensuring all specified requirements and outcomes are achieved.
- Bring direct experience in implementing ERP or CRM systems at a scale comparable to Informa, involving large numbers of end users across international locations.
- Possess prior experience leading significant transformation programmes, with a focus on people change, learning, and development.
- Engage with and manage stakeholders across the organisation, up to C-Suite.
- Balance day-to-day project execution with maintaining the strategic direction of the programme.
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, managing associated risks/issues and providing regular updates.
- Introduce structure and rhythm into unstructured environments while fostering innovation.
- Promote the creation and implementation of self-organising team structures.
- Act as a bridge between senior leaders seeking predictable outcomes and programme teams needing to remain highly adaptable and responsive.
- Encourage a culture of regular programme evaluations and support course corrections.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing ERP or CRM systems at a scale comparable to Informa.
- 3+ years of experience in a Programme Manager role.
- Experience leading complex transformation programmes involving cultural and behavioural changes.
- Exceptional communicator, adept at navigating dynamic creative personalities, and skilled in engaging with C-Suite executives.
- Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management models (desirable).
