No previous expertise in startups, AI, or operations is needed – just a willingness to learn, take initiative, and embrace the adventure. Many of our associates go on to land exciting roles at startups, step into venture capital, or even launch their own companies.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

  • Willingness to Learn: You don’t need to know it all – we’re looking for someone eager to dive in, figure things out, and grow along the way.
  • Strong Communication: Whether it’s scheduling a workshop or chatting with founders, you can engage with people confidently and clearly.
  • Team Player: You’re happy to lend a hand wherever needed and thrive in collaborative settings.
  • Bonus Skills: If you have experience with product development, design thinking, or event planning, that’s a big plus – but it’s not required!

Why Join Us?

  • Be Part of Something Big: Work with startups using AI to reshape industries, from climate tech to FinTech, and gain insights into the next wave of innovation.
  • Launch Your Career: Build a network of founders, mentors, and investors that can open doors to roles in startups, venture capital, or even your own entrepreneurial journey.
