Techstars is seeking a UK-based Operations Associate to support a mobility-focused 10-week hybrid pre-accelerator across three cohorts annually. During quieter periods, you will assist other Techstars programs in Europe and the US, acting as a critical engine for program delivery and talent acquisition.
You will proactively map founders, engage with high-potential startups, manage applicant pipelines, coordinate program logistics, onboard participants, and maintain project documentation.
