Techspire Consulting is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant (360) with deep experience in Oracle and Business Transformation recruitment across the UK market. This role is suited to a high-performing agency recruiter with 8–10 years’ experience running a full desk — combining business development, client management, and candidate delivery.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers and senior consultants across Oracle and programme delivery environments, and delivering high-quality placements across complex transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Desk (360) Recruitment Ownership
    • Operate as a true 360 recruiter, owning the complete recruitment cycle: business development, client intake, role qualification, sourcing, delivery, offer management, and post-placement follow-up.
    • Generate and convert new client opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and existing market relationships.
    • Manage repeat business and expand role coverage within existing client accounts.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage recruitment assignments across Oracle and PMO roles, including Programme Managers, Project Managers, PMO Leads, Business Analysts, Test/QA Leads, and Oracle functional and technical consultants.
    • Take detailed job briefs and translate business and programme requirements into effective search strategies.
    • Advise clients on talent availability, market rates, and realistic time-to-hire expectations.
    • Maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and delivery leaders.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Delivery
    • Source and engage high-calibre Oracle and PMO professionals via LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, talent mapping, and referrals.
    • Conduct structured candidate qualification covering project history, toolset, domain depth, availability, rate expectations, and compliance status.
    • Present high-quality shortlists with clear assessment notes.
    • Manage interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Market & Domain Specialisation
    • Maintain strong working knowledge of: Oracle, Salesforce, MS Dynamics and SAP PMO, Programme & Project Management, Business Analysis, Testing, Change & Transformation.
    • Track skills demand, programme activity, and rate trends across the Oracle and transformation landscape.
    • Build and maintain an active candidate and client network within the domain.
  • Process, Compliance & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records for roles, candidates, client activity, and pipeline.
    • Follow UK recruitment compliance standards including right-to-work checks and IR35 awareness.
    • Track activity and performance against agreed KPIs and revenue targets.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 8–10 years’ UK recruitment agency experience with consistent billing performance.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting within Oracle and/or PMO / transformation delivery roles.
  • Proven experience operating as a 360 / full-desk recruiter, covering both business development and candidate delivery.
  • Strong client development capability, including winning roles and growing accounts.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and experienced consultants.
  • Strong commercial judgement on rates, margins, and role prioritisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple live requirements with high quality and speed.
Compensation & Growth
  • Competitive senior-level base salary (£45k–£60k) plus uncapped commission, with tiered accelerators for over-threshold performance.
  • Defined progression path to Principal / Lead Consultant based on sustained billings, account ownership, and mentoring contribution.
