Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions including FCCS, Planning & Budgeting, TRCS, EDMCS, and Account Reconciliation.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
- Work directly with senior finance and transformation stakeholders.
- Design and deliver financial close, tax, ESG, and profitability management solutions.
- Build integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP platforms, reporting tools, and data environments.
- Support data migration, metadata governance, and hierarchy management initiatives.
- Conduct platform assessments, optimisation reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and solution scoping.
- Mentor junior consultants and support internal capability building.
- Stay current with Oracle EPM product developments and adjacent technologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Oracle EPM consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Oracle Cloud EPM products including FCCS, Planning, TRCS, EDMCS, Account Reconciliation, and PCM.
- Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and tax reporting processes.
- Experience working within major consulting or transformation environments.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior finance stakeholders.
- Experience with integrations, automation, and custom solution design.
- Exposure to ESG or sustainability reporting initiatives is beneficial.
- Experience migrating from legacy Hyperion environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
