We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant to join our growing practice. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role for someone who has led complex Oracle Cloud EPM transformation programmes end to end and enjoys working directly with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. You will play a key role across delivery, solution design, client advisory, and practice development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions including FCCS, Planning & Budgeting, TRCS, EDMCS, and Account Reconciliation
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM solutions
- Work directly with senior finance and transformation stakeholders
- Design and deliver financial close, tax, ESG, and profitability management solutions
- Build integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP platforms, reporting tools, and data environments
- Support data migration, metadata governance, and hierarchy management initiatives
- Conduct platform assessments, optimisation reviews, and quality assurance activities
- Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and solution scoping
- Mentor junior consultants and support internal capability building
- Stay current with Oracle EPM product developments and adjacent technologies
Requirements
- 15+ years of Oracle EPM consulting experience
- Strong hands-on expertise across Oracle Cloud EPM products including FCCS, Planning, TRCS, EDMCS, Account Reconciliation, and PCM
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and tax reporting processes
- Experience working within major consulting or transformation environments
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior finance stakeholders
- Experience with integrations, automation, and custom solution design
- Exposure to ESG or sustainability reporting initiatives is beneficial
- Experience migrating from legacy Hyperion environments is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
