Role Summary
The role is based in London and reports to the Events Manager. As an Events Associate, you will deliver a 5* member experience to event clients and their guests using our spaces, support the event manager in executing the events strategy, and help meet our annual budget target.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a 5* Service – deliver an exceptional experience leading up to and on the day of the event, manage client expectations and prioritise your day effectively.
- Promote and Coordinate – raise awareness of the space, identify and capitalise on new opportunities to build community and generate revenue through the event spaces.
- Scheduling – work with Sales, Marketing and Community teams to schedule and coordinate events across multiple locations for maximum bookings.
- Preparation and Troubleshooting – set up the space, handle day‐to‐day operations, address ad‐hoc requests, gather feedback and manage relationships with suppliers & contractors.
- Delivery – ensure events run smoothly, resolve escalations or complaints, maintain excellent customer experience and meet or exceed budgeted sales and profits targets.
- Feedback – provide insights to the wider team to improve and grow the events business.
