Your mission is to provide flexible workspaces designed specifically for high-growth companies. Techspace aims to be at the cutting edge of workplace design, providing flexible and collaborative environments that enable growth-minded businesses to thrive.
As a Barista, you will have cross-functional responsibilities to offer multi-faceted support for our members while managing the purpose-built cafe space in our building. Your role includes:
- Be the face of your building: Manage the Cafe Area during key business hours, ensuring it is well organised and providing exceptional hospitality.
- Cafe Management & Equipment: Prepare and sell coffee, showcasing knowledge about products and brewing methods. Experience with industrial coffee machines is preferred.
- Cocktail Club: Manage monthly cocktail events to support member engagement and meet budgeted revenue targets.
- Hygiene Champion: Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high levels of hygiene.
- Inventory: Ensure the cafe is well stocked, track supplies, and order as necessary.
- The Centre of the Community: Learn the names and roles of members to create meaningful connections.
- Know your building and area: Answer questions related to the building and local area.
- Bespoke Experience: Deliver a 5* service by understanding members' needs and tailoring their experience.
- Consistent Auditing: Conduct daily audits to ensure a 5* building experience and escalate recurring issues.
- Event Support: Facilitate community event programming.
- Product Knowledge: Understand Techspace products and deliver consultative recommendations.
- Mail Handling: Ensure smooth processing of incoming mail and deliveries.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs: Prepare welcome materials for new members.
- Support & Service Recovery: Assist in responding to member support requests.
- Safety & Security: Understand Emergency Action Plans and ensure safety during emergencies.
