A small, senior team is rebuilding a critical communications platform. It’s a greenfield infrastructure project with a Kubernetes-native stack, full automation, and high expectations for scale and security.
You’ll be hands-on with:
- Kafka powering real-time workloads at scale
- Secure, scalable infra using Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm
- Automated CI/CD with ArgoCD or GitHub Actions
- Infrastructure security and observability from day one
- Direct collaboration with engineering and leadership
What they’re looking for:
You’ve worked with Kafka in production, understand infrastructure at scale, and enjoy building clean, resilient systems. You’re UK-based (London or SE preferred) and comfortable in a mostly remote setup with occasional in-person meets.
