SC Cleared Full Stack Engineer

Senior Java / React Full Stack Developer – £600 day Outside IR35 – Hybrid (London or Newcastle) – 6 Months

We’re working with a consultancy supporting clients with the modernisation of large, complex software platforms. They’re looking for a Senior Java / React Full Stack Developer to join on a contract basis, operating as a hands‑on consultant within delivery teams.

• 6-month contract (view to extend)
• Hybrid: approx. 1 day per week on‑site (London or Newcastle)

Requirements

• Strong React experience with modern frontend practices
• Strong Java backend development (Spring, MongoDB)
• Solid understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with microservice architectures
• Full stack mindset and ability to work across disciplines
• Comfortable working directly with clients and influencing technical decisions
• Interest or experience in AI‑assisted development is beneficial
