TechShack is looking for experienced recruiters to join us during the next phase of our growth journey. We specialise in connecting exceptional tech talent across the UK and Europe, working with clients across both the public and private sectors. We currently have opportunities available across both our Contract and Permanent desks, making this an exciting opportunity for recruiters looking to develop, progress, and become part of a high‑performing team.

If you’re reading this, you already understand what it takes to be successful in recruitment - making commercial decisions, building relationships, driving revenue, and growing a desk. You’ll report directly to the Co‑Founders and be trusted to manage your own time and workload without micromanagement, while still having the support and guidance you need to succeed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ recruitment experience (technology recruitment preferred)
  • A hardworking mindset with a strong drive for success
  • Proven and demonstrable billings within a credible recruitment business
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • SOW experience is a bonus
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A proactive, self‑motivated, and target‑driven attitude
  • Experience using Bullhorn is advantageous
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • Full right to work in the UK indefinitely (essential)
