Senior Strategy Consultant to join a high-performing consultancy delivering complex transformation and strategic advisory services.

This is an opportunity to work with senior Defence stakeholders, influence strategic decision-making, and deliver meaningful outcomes across nationally significant programmes.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver strategic consulting engagements for Defence and National Security clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Analyse complex challenges and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Present insights and executive-level briefings to senior decision-makers.
  • Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Work across multiple stakeholder groups to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, remaining hands-on throughout the engagement rather than simply managing delivery teams.
