We're working with a fast-growing, product-led tech company looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join a small, high-impact engineering team. You’ll be building and shipping features end-to-end in Rails, working across backend and frontend, and playing a key role in how the product evolves. This is a high-autonomy environment with a strong focus on output.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver features end-to-end from problem through to release
- Build and maintain functionality in a Ruby on Rails codebase
- Work across backend and frontend as required
- Debug issues and improve performance and reliability
