Tech Shack is looking for four ambitious graduates or entry-level professionals to join us on our growth journey for the remainder of 2026. You’ll be joining a rapidly growing business with a clear roadmap for promotions, strong incentives, and a genuine high-performance culture.
- 1:1 training with some of the business’s top performers, helping you become the best you can be.
- Two annual incentive trips for hitting targets — winter (skiing) and summer (beach).

This is a hands-on, fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll learn how to build a market, develop consultative sales skills, and manage recruitment processes end-to-end.
