We're looking for a highly skilled consultant to join a major transformation programme, working across business analysis, service design and business change within a complex enterprise environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping strategic change, improving services and ensuring successful operational transition.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead discovery workshops and business analysis activities to define problems, opportunities and business outcomes.
- Gather, analyse and document business and service requirements.
- Develop user journeys, service blueprints, value streams and future-state process models.
- Drive business change initiatives including impact assessments, readiness planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Support service transition planning, operational handover and adoption activities.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve service performance and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to governance, operating model design and multi-supplier service integration.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience as a
- Senior Business Analyst ,
Business Change Consultant or similar.
- Proven track record delivering change within large, complex organisations.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience producing requirements, process maps, user journeys and service blueprints.

- Knowledge of
SIAM , supplier management and governance within multi-supplier environments is highly desirable.
