A digital transformation partner delivering mission critical programmes across UK national security is hiring a Senior Business Analyst.
You will sit at the centre of delivery. Defining the problem, shaping the solution, keeping users at the heart of it. Hands on BA work on programmes that matter.
Active eDV clearance is essential. Applications without current eDV cannot be progressed.
The role
- Understand and define the problem to be solved
- Translate user needs into clear user stories
- Help the delivery team choose the approach, prioritise work and deliver to an agreed MVP
- Support testing and make sure functionality meets user and business needs
- Support the Product Owner in building and shaping the backlog
- Model business processes, as is and to be
- Manage stakeholders across technical and non technical audiences
- You will need
- Live eDV clearance
- Strong commercial BA experience in Natsec or government
- In depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Solid Agile grounding across Scrum, Lean and Kanban
- Functional and non functional requirements, acceptance criteria, user stories
- Understanding of Government transformation strategy and service standards
- Data mapping and API experience are useful but not essential.
- Package £75,000 to £90,000 depending on experience.
- Genuine hybrid working.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with buy and sell.

- ProcessTwo stages. Technical interview, then a short presentation and panel.
