We are now recruiting for the position of General Operative in the Concrete Crew. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the full cycle (start to finish) of the production of the precast concrete product
- Carrying out duties as instructed by the Team Leader/Assistant Production Manager
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
- Practice safe systems of work at all times
- Maintain housekeeping levels to a high standard
- Attend training sessions as required
- Work to a high standard and in accordance with standard operating procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Construction/Precast Concrete experience desirable
- Self-motivated and problem solver
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure in a busy construction environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or working environment is desirable
