TechPro Events Limited is a leading provider of audio-visual equipment hire and event project management services, delivering exceptional technical solutions for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate live events. As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our leadership and delivery teams to support this expansion. We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to play a key role in delivering excellent, commercially sound projects and supporting long-term client relationships.

Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects to the highest standard. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end projects, from initial brief and site survey through to delivery and post-event debrief
  • Liaise with clients to understand technical requirements and provide clear, confident guidance
  • Produce and manage project documentation, including technical specifications, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate AV crews, freelancers, and suppliers
  • Oversee equipment preparation, logistics, and on-site installation and derig
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and invoicing support
  • Meet financial targets and ensure projects are delivered profitably
  • Work closely with the sales team to support further growth, including identifying upsell and repeat business opportunities
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure all work is delivered in line with health and safety standards
