TechPoint Group is seeking a Rework Specialist to carry out repair and modification of PCBAs in line with IPC standards and customer requirements. You will ensure assemblies meet functional, visual and reliability criteria before release to production or shipment.
Responsibilities include rework tasks, inspection to IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721, and reporting defects. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Production to drive process improvements and yield.
