The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Role purpose: provide Hard FM support and EHS physical compliance across TechPoint properties; manage scheduled maintenance, respond to unplanned failures, and oversee contractor engagement and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support compliance across sites (e.g., Legionella L8, F-Gas, LEV, waste streams, environmental and safety hazards).
  • Electrical appliance testing (PAT) and maintenance of asset records.
  • Carry out hands-on repairs and maintenance on site services and equipment.
  • Manage contractor engagement and PTW (permit to work) processes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules using a CMMS (with support from the Group Head of EHS & Infrastructure).
  • Collaborate with TECHPOINT sites to ensure timely completion of priority tasks and appropriate escalation as required.
  • Build relationships with local contractors and FM service providers; raise purchase orders and manage budget-adherent procurement.
  • Support plant relocations and equipment installations (FM & SMT).

About You / Qualifications:

  • Experience in Facilities or Maintenance with an electrical bias to 18th Edition.
  • IOSH (or equivalent) certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with sites/contractors and managing safety and spend.
  • Occasional travel to other sites and a driving license.
