The Revenue Enablement Manager serves as a vital member of our sales team, focusing on maximizing client retention and revenue through strategic rebooking initiatives. This role encompasses the complete sales support lifecycle, from pre-event campaign setup through post-event analysis and customer relationship management. You will manage critical administrative processes including floorplan maintenance, rebooking campaign development, and comprehensive data analysis to identify high-potential prospects. Working closely with the Sales Lead, you'll coordinate the on-site Sales Suites, track performance metrics, and maintain seamless client communication throughout the rebooking process, and beyond into the Main Campaigns. The position extends beyond on-site rebooking management to include assistance with inventory management, pricing strategy support, Salesforce administration, and cross-departmental coordination with Debt Control, Invoicing, and Customer Delivery teams. This external and internal facing role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team throughout the complete sales cycle, with emphasis on rebooking processes
- Prepare internal and external communications for rebooking campaigns
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating client rebooking meetings across pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases
- Serve as primary point of contact for client queries at the on-site Sales Suites
- Ensure all sales documentation reflects current pricing and package terms
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as required
- Process Governance to ensure sales team follows defined opportunity stages, data entry standards, and rebooking workflows
- Support reporting cadence for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
- Deliver insights on campaign effectiveness, sales velocity, and retention metrics to measure performance
Analytics
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and propose process improvements
- Train sales team on best practices for using Salesforce (not technical admin work, but usage guidance)
- Act as the operational bridge between Tech, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS for data consistency
Data Management & Analysis
- Track and analyse rebooking rates to identify retention improvement opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive rebooking trackers monitoring target clients, bookings, meetings, and revenue performance versus Goals
- Identify sales trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare analytical insights and reports to drive sales growth and process improvements
- Provide data-driven recommendations for identifying high-probability rebook prospects and key accounts
Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop and implement effective rebooking strategies in collaboration with the sales team
- Create and execute targeted rebooking campaigns including reminders, follow-up communications, and satisfaction surveys
- Set up and manage campaigns within Salesforce
- Support new business campaign development for on-site execution
Systems & Administrative Management
- Maintain accurate records of all rebooking communications and outcomes
- Help ensure Salesforce data hygiene and pipeline maintenance
- Manage floorplan updates and rebooking spreadsheet construction
- Set up Price Books within Salesforce and track inventory
- Monitor cost per sale through margin management systems
- Collect and analyse data to support pricing strategies
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Act as primary liaison between sales team and Debt Control, Invoicing, and Customer Delivery departments
- Support administrative tasks and special projects as required
- Facilitate swift resolution of client issues to maintain positive relationships
Requirements
Experience & Background
- Previous experience in sales support, account management, event coordination, or event rebooking management roles
- Understanding of event floorplans, stand booking processes, and exhibitor services
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Experience with floorplan software (i.e. Floorplan Live)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools
