This fluent Spanish / Portuguese speaking Senior Conference Producer will deliver the content of one or more events within the techoraco global portfolio. This is a cross-functional role that blends market analysis, event product development, stakeholder engagement, and commercial growth delivery. You will translate market intelligence into compelling event propositions that drive delegate growth, sponsorship yield, and brand differentiation.

You will work closely with event and brand leaders, content, marketing, operations, and sponsorship teams to ensure every event delivers exceptional value for our audiences and partners and contributes to the overall growth of the portfolio.

• Take the event vision from Managing Director / Event Director to deliver a world-class event product.
• Conduct extensive research, analyse data, competitive landscapes, addressable market, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Recruit speakers and manage relationships across the event.
• Curate market leading agendas and event programmes.
• Develop clear value propositions for delegates, sponsors, and partners based on data, feedback, and market insight.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to track industry trends, competitor positioning, and audience needs.
• Cultivate a community of trusted sources among the leaders of the industry in your regions, securing a minimum of 70% of the leading figures as speakers at events.
• Create segmented engagement strategies and adapt content to cross-channel campaigns.
• Represent techoraco externally at industry events, partner meetings, and client sessions as a thought leader.
• Ensure product strategy aligns with market trends (AI infrastructure, sovereign digital policy, sustainability, hyperscale growth, etc.).
• Work with commercial and marketing teams on GTM market messaging.
• Adjust the event product following performance metrics reviews and execute plans for continuous improvement.
• Project manage the delivery of event content.
• Work with sales & marketing teams to shape value propositions for sales and marketing to ensure the event pitches align to the event strategy and objectives.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and portfolio reviews with the Managing Director / Event Director and Head of Product.
• Recruit significant number of speakers for event.
• Conduct deep industry research to curate event programme.
• Take ownership of new event tracks.
• Provide sales and marketing teams with marketing intelligence, ICPs, and growth audience insight.
• Provide marketing copy and audience insights to marketing team.
• Produce content assets e.g. whitepapers, webinars.
• Identify and pilot new product features — such as advisory councils, awards, innovation showcases.
• Champion the customer experience, ensuring every event is insight-led, differentiated, and commercially viable.
• Support post-event reviews and feedback loops to drive iterative product improvement.

• Fluent in Spanish / Portuguese.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in b2b event management.
• Experience of running events in Latam region preferable.
• Experience in the production of complex event programmes and managing a wide roster of executive speakers.
• Experience in fleshing out marketing messaging and coming up with new ideas to drive market engagement in close collaboration with marketing teams.
• Proven success in growing event brands commercially and strategically.
• Strong understanding of the digital infrastructure, telecoms, or technology ecosystem (or demonstrable ability to learn fast).
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Deadline and target-driven.
• A proactive and hard-working individual – capable of delivering a high volume of content and willing to run the extra mile when required.
