JOB PURPOSE
The Client Solutions Coordinator will support the publishing sales team in delivering effective solutions to Capacity Media’s clients. Your primary focus will be managing client campaigns, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering solutions in a timely manner and to high standards.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Deliver client campaigns on time and to a high standard, whilst ensuring client satisfaction.
- Co-ordinate resources and execute client projects and campaigns, such as video interviews, webinars and Ad Campaigns.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously and ensure all projects are delivered within scope and on-time.
- Ensure all advertising and content is received from clients, to enable content to be published on time.
- Work with the Associate Publisher and Content and Insight team to co-ordinate the writing of sponsored content.
- Collaborate with the digital advertising operations team to ensure digital campaigns are set up to deliver correctly.
- Deliver campaign performance reports to clients.
- Work with key individuals across the telecoms group (marketing, sales, design, commercial, editorial) to ensure that the best outcome is delivered to each client.
- Integrate with the wider techoraco teams to leverage knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Co-ordinate across events as and when needed on event related projects for Client and Sales support.
