Job Purpose

The Client Solutions Coordinator will support the publishing sales team in delivering effective solutions to Capacity Media’s clients.

The primary focus will be managing client campaigns, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering solutions in a timely manner and to high standards.

  • Key Objectives
  • Deliver client campaigns on time and to a high standard, whilst ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Co‑ordinate resources and execute client projects and campaigns, such as video interviews, webinars and ad campaigns.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously ensuring all are delivered within scope and on time.
  • Ensure all advertising and content is received from clients to enable timely content publishing.
  • Work with the Associate Publisher and Content and Insight team to co‑ordinate the writing of sponsored content.
  • Collaborate with the digital advertising operations team to ensure digital campaigns are set up correctly.
  • Deliver campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Work with key individuals across the telecoms group (marketing, sales, design, commercial, editorial) to ensure the best outcome for each client.
  • Integrate with the wider Techoraco teams to leverage knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Co‑ordinate across events as and when needed on event‑related projects for Client and Sales support.

Experience, Skills & Attributes

  • Understanding of digital media.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Motivation and desire to consistently deliver success for clients and for our business.
  • Ability to build and foster excellent relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
