Join our clients fast-paced, friendly IT team during an exciting time of transition! As an IT Service Coordinator, you’ll support high-quality service delivery, help manage change, and work closely with internal teams and our clients outsourced technology partner. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of IT to ensure services run smoothly while helping embed governance and process improvements. This is a six month role initially but there may be opportunities beyond this point due to the growth and change that this organisation is undergoing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate service delivery and support the IT transition project
  • Maintain documentation, assist with change control, service reviews, and incident management
  • Liaise with business teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Support IT financial processes, licensing, and vendor evaluation
  • Work hands-on with tools like M365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint

  • 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or service coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
