Join our clients fast-paced, friendly IT team during an exciting time of transition! As an IT Service Coordinator, you’ll support high-quality service delivery, help manage change, and work closely with internal teams and our clients outsourced technology partner. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of IT to ensure services run smoothly while helping embed governance and process improvements. This is a six month role initially but there may be opportunities beyond this point due to the growth and change that this organisation is undergoing.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate service delivery and support the IT transition project
- Maintain documentation, assist with change control, service reviews, and incident management
- Liaise with business teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Support IT financial processes, licensing, and vendor evaluation
- Work hands-on with tools like M365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or service coordination
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic IT infrastructure
- Excellent communicator, with stakeholder engagement skills
- ITIL Foundation or degree in a relevant field is a plus
