Technology Powered Services (TPS) is a fast-growing, privately owned infrastructure and technology business. Debt-free and financially independent, we design, install and support complex connectivity and infrastructure projects for enterprise customers and channel partners nationwide.
This role sits in our Cellular Infrastructure division, which delivers the technology elements of UK mobile network programmes: rigging, antennas and radios, power and electrical, microwave transmission, small cells, commissioning and decommissioning. The division is new and growing, so you will help shape how it works as it scales.

The Role
You will make sure every site visit is booked, resourced and documented before our teams set off, so work happens first time. You will:
- Arrange site access with landlords, site providers and clients through portals, email and phone
- Build daily and weekly schedules and allocate teams with the right skills and tickets
- Prepare site RAMS from approved templates and track permits and approvals
- Coordinate keys, escorts, inductions and site restrictions
- Reschedule visits and escrow access risks quickly
- Keep trackers and client systems accurate
About You
- Experience in scheduling, coordination or operational administration
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet competing deadlines
- A clear and confident communicator by phone and in writing
- Confident with Excel, Outlook and shared systems
- Accurate and discreet with confidential information
Highly desirable: experience in mobile telecoms, familiarity with operator or tower company access portals, and knowledge of RAMS and permits.
