We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist to join their growing transformation team. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge Health Cloud solutions that enhance patient experiences and empower clinicians with real-time insights. You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end Health Cloud implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment. Alongside this, you will be liaising with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams to design scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with Health Cloud implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient data models, and interoperability frameworks (FHIR/HL7).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Salesforce Certified Consultant.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
