Role: Product Designer (UX) – 6 Month FTC
Location: United Kingdom - Remote
TechOhana have partnered with a growing SaaS company that is looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a globally used software platform with complex workflows and a focus on delivering elegant, user-friendly experiences. You’ll work closely with a collaborative Product & Engineering team, designing intuitive user experiences across desktop and web applications (with some mobile exposure). Your mission will be to simplify complexity by creating seamless user journeys, reducing friction, and delivering experiences that feel powerful yet effortless.
Responsibilities
- Designing user-centred experiences across desktop and web platforms
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate designs
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers from ideation to delivery
- Using analytics and A/B testing to identify and improve UX pain points
- Championing accessibility, scalability, and design consistency
- Presenting design rationale to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years’ UX design experience, ideally on complex SaaS products
- Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, and interaction design
- Experience simplifying technical or data-heavy workflows
- Confident working cross-functionally with Product & Engineering
- Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools
- Exposure to GenAI / AI design tools is a plus
- Experience with Jira/Confluence is desirable
