About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join a growing technology business operating within the financial markets sector. This is a hands-on position that combines technical expertise, client relationship management, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination. You will take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as their primary technical contact throughout the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing account management and technical consultancy. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable discussing technical solutions with engineers as they are managing expectations with senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Own and develop technical relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for all non-support related matters.
- Understand each client's business objectives, technical landscape, infrastructure, and operational requirements.
- Conduct regular client reviews and project status meetings.
- Build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Technical Account Ownership
- Manage client onboarding, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate software releases, upgrades, and technical changes.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Validate solutions prior to release, ensuring they meet agreed client requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Deliver demonstrations and training sessions for new functionality and platform enhancements.
