I'm working with a high-growth fintech that’s undergoing a major business transformation, with Salesforce at the core of their strategy. As part of their ongoing investment in the platform, they’re looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator to support and optimise their growing Salesforce environment.
Based in Bristol, this is a fantastic opportunity to join at a key stage of the programme and play a hands-on role in the day-to-day running and enhancement of a business-critical Service Cloud implementation.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Salesforce Service Cloud. Working closely with users, technical teams, and stakeholders, you’ll help ensure the platform runs smoothly, supports business operations effectively, and evolves in line with user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Manage user setup, profiles, permissions, and data security
- Create and maintain flows, automations, reports, dashboards, and page layouts
- Act as the first line of support for users, troubleshooting issues and handling queries
- Work with the wider Salesforce team to support new features, releases, and system improvements
- Help maintain data quality and ensure platform best practices are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within Service Cloud environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
- Comfortable supporting users and working closely with technical and non-technical teams
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is highly desirable
- Fintech or service-focused environments a plus, but not essential
