A global consultancy powerhouse is looking to hire a Lead Salesforce Developer / Technical Architect to play a key role in delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This is a senior, hands-on technical role with real influence over architecture, design decisions, and delivery quality — all in a remote UK setup. The Role
You’ll act as the technical lead across Salesforce programmes, combining deep hands-on development with architectural ownership. Working closely with architects, delivery leads, and client stakeholders, you’ll design and build scalable Salesforce solutions while guiding and mentoring development teams. Service Cloud and Experience Cloud are central to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions
- Act as the hands-on technical authority across delivery teams
