TechOhana has collaborated with a boutique Salesforce Partner that is currently expanding its practice of highly skilled specialists. They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the team and be part of the exciting projects. Your main responsibilities as a Senior Salesforce Developer will be to use your skillset to implement new projects using Apex and LWC. You will also have the opportunity to lead junior developers and offer them mentorship based on your experience in the Salesforce Eco-System which will progress your own leadership skills. This role will also feature stakeholder management so utilising your client-facing skillset is vital. This opportunity will allow you to work in a professional team of Salesforce specialists where you will work closely with a Salesforce TA. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements, scalability needs, and best practices.
- Build complex applications and customisations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
- Manage data models, facilitate data migrations, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and junior developers, to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Continuously monitor and optimise the Salesforce environment, identifying performance improvements, managing technical debt, and implementing upgrades and patches to maintain system stability.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Development
- Hands-on experience using APEX, Visualforce, LWC
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Salesforce Certified - 4 Minimum
- Exposure to various Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Full Right to Work in the UK
