Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join a leading entertainment business on a contract basis. This role will involve managing and optimising Salesforce across the organisation, ensuring the platform is configured, maintained and developed to meet business needs.

Rate: Competitive daily rate (Outside IR35)

Location: Hybrid, with one to two days per week in either Leeds or London

Start: As soon as possible

Role overview

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you will take ownership of day-to-day platform management and support ongoing enhancements across Salesforce core clouds. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce is delivering maximum value and supporting wider digital transformation initiatives.

Key experience required

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally at senior level
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Skilled in user management, security settings, profiles, roles and permissions
  • Experience creating and managing reports, dashboards, flows and automation
  • Comfortable gathering requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud is desirable but not essential
  • Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
