What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performing back-end services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Optimise system performance and troubleshoot complex issues in a high-availability environment.
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Back End Engineer (or similar role).
- 5 years + experience
- Strong programming skills in Java, Node.js, or Python (depending on tech stack).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Familiarity with microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software.
