A growing UK-based client is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to sit at the intersection of pre‑sales, solution design, and technical delivery. This is a great role for someone who loves shaping solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and turning business problems into well‑architected Salesforce outcomes.

The Role

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to customer and business needs
  • Act as a technical advisor during pre‑sales and discovery phases
  • Translate requirements into clear, achievable solution designs
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and delivery teams
  • Support solution demos, technical workshops, and solution documentation
  • Influence best practice across architecture, configuration, and integrations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud or similar)
  • Proven background in solution design or technical consultancy
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
  • Confident working in pre‑sales, discovery, or customer‑facing environments

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) / PSA tools
  • Professional Services Automation (PSA) implementations
  • Multi‑cloud or complex Salesforce ecosystems
