We’re working with a leading retail business embarking on the next stage of their Salesforce journey. As part of a fast-moving transformation programme, we’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance custom solutions, ensuring the platform is robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
This is a hands-on development role, perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and collaborate closely with consultants, admins, and stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Develop integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Translate technical requirements into scalable, maintainable code
- Optimise performance of existing customisations and configurations
- Support testing, debugging, and deployment activities across environments
- Collaborate with consultants and admins to deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation and ensure code quality standards are met
Required Experience/Skills:
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Developer on enterprise-scale projects
- Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
- Experience with integrations and API development (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset)
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team setup
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred
